Meet the team

I've been passionate about the environment and the food we eat for as long as I can remember. Working in the outdoors to make a tangible impact on both is a real privilege - although there are times when knee-deep in mud I have to remind myself of that! 

After a long NHS career, I left London in 2016 looking for something 'more' in the countryside. I never dreamed it would be pigs!

I work full time for a local veterinary practice (who also provide great care for our pigs) but that doesn't stop me getting stuck in whenever I can outside of the working day.

Hazel joined the team in early 2021, and thankfully our lockdown baby has proven herself a natural farmer from day one. She adores the pigs, loves being outdoors and is always keen to help with feeding and fixing fences.
