Our pigs take twice as long to mature as commercial breeds, giving us a dark meat with a depth of flavour you just don't get from supermarket pork. The fat is sweet and rich, rendering down beautifully and the crackling is out of this world!

Boned & rolled. Perfect for Sunday lunch, our shoulder joints have a marbling through them you'd normally look for in beef. Tender and deep in flavour, shoulder is our best seller by far.

Deliveries to Edington and the local area are free, and usually on a Thursday, when we collect from our butcher and come straight to your door.
